This Privacy Policy applies only to our online activities and is valid for users of our application with regards to the information they share and/or collect within Clevbuild. This policy is not applicable to any information collected offline or via channels other than this application.

The legal basis for collecting and using the personal information described in this Privacy Policy depends on the data we collect and the specific context in which we collect it: Performance of a Contract (processing is necessary to provide the services you requested, like tracking), Legal Obligation, Legitimate Interests (like preventing fraud or improving service), and Consent.

We collect information directly from you and automatically through the use of the application.

When you interact with the application, we collect personal information needed for account management and communication:

• Direct Contact: We collect your Name, email address, phone number, message contents, and attachments when you contact us, to communicate with you and respond to your requests.
• Account Registration: We collect your Name, Company Name, Address, email address, and telephone number to set up and manage your account, invoicing, and service provision.

By granting the necessary device permissions, the Application collects the following sensitive, real-time data:

• Precise Real-Time Location Data: We collect precise information about the geographical location of your mobile device, as this is a core requirement and feature for rider/asset tracking and monitoring.
• Photos/Camera Access: We collect access to your device's photo storage and/or camera for the sole purpose of documenting job completion, proof-of-delivery (POD) records, and site inspection reports.
• Audio Recording/Microphone Access: We collect access to the device's microphone for hands-free voice commands, logging internal notes, and capturing site sounds for incident reports.
• Phone State Information (Device ID): We collect unique device identifiers and network state to maintain session security, identify devices for tracking services, and prevent fraud.

We use the information we collect to operate and improve our service, including to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain all features of our application, including enabling the core tracking functionality.
• Improve, personalize, and expand our application and user experience, and develop new features.
• Understand and analyze how you use our application.
• Communicate with you (directly or through partners) for customer service, to provide you with updates and other information relating to the application, and for marketing and promotional purposes.
• Send you emails or in-app notifications.
• Find, investigate, and prevent fraud and other illegal activities.

In the current version of this application, we do not sell your Personal Information to any third parties.

We may share your Personal Information with the following parties when necessary to fulfill the purposes listed above:

We take the security of your Personal Information seriously. We employ commercially reasonable technical, administrative, and physical safeguards designed to protect your data. However, please remember that no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure.

We will retain your Personal Information only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy, including to meet our legal, accounting, or reporting requirements.

• Account Registration Data: Retained for the duration your account is active, and for a period of 7 years after your account is closed to comply with legal and audit obligations.
• Precise Location Data, Photos, Audio Recordings: Retained for a maximum of 90 days to fulfill our contractual tracking and reporting obligations, after which it is either securely deleted or anonymized/aggregated for internal analysis.

In some circumstances, we may anonymize your personal information for research or statistical purposes, in which case we may use this information indefinitely without further notice to you.
